Why I’m a Big Fan of Cesar Millan
I am a big fan of Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan because I have learned so much from watching his videos and seeing how he works with dogs that have difficult or uncooperative behaviors.
What impresses me most is how Cesar works to understand a dog’s behavior instead of simply reacting to it. Some dogs can become stressed, fearful, nervous, defensive, or difficult to control. Their owners may try very hard to train them but still struggle. Working through these behaviors is not always easy.
I understand this even more because of my own experience working with dogs. I have experienced a dog bite to my hand, and it reminded me how important it is to understand a dog’s body language, stress signals, boundaries, and behavior. Safety must always be taken seriously.
I love dogs very much, and I appreciate the many years of work Cesar Millan has put into educating people about dog behavior. His videos are very interesting and worthwhile for me to watch because they help me better understand why dogs may struggle and how people can respond more calmly and responsibly.
As a dog groomer, learning about canine behavior is especially important to me. Grooming can sometimes be stressful for a dog, so understanding behavior and recognizing warning signs can help me make safer decisions. I can take what I learn about canine behavior and apply those lessons thoughtfully in my own mobile dog grooming business, while following professional grooming safety practices.
